Pillage the Village – A Reigate community event for halloween
supporting a Loveworks food bank near you

Pillage the Village is Reigate’s very own Halloween event having now run for three successive years. For the last two years, the event organiser has chosen to support Loveworks food banks.

The idea is simple, families donate non-perishable food in return for a Lovework’s trick or treat bag which they can use in participating shops displaying orange and black balloons in Reigate town centre. The Loveworks bag will guarantee treats for the kids. The event aims to bring together the community together to enjoy halloween and raise awareness for a few great local community causes, including our very own cause – food poverty in our community.

Throughout the day, there is something for everyone including pumpkin carving, stocks, apple bobbing and Street Eats in the Tunnel.

If you’re interested in getting involved to make it happen at Pillage the Village 2017 just contact us by email at info@loveworks.org.uk or call us on 07912 628013.
