We deliver services to individuals and families in our local community, such as the foodbank, cuppateaclub and Way2Go programme. We call the individuals who receive our services our beneficiaries.
We collect the personal data on our beneficiaries through our partner agencies (for example Age Concern and MCFT in Merstham), through our third party suppliers (for example our Way2Go consultants) and directly ourselves. We will always hold as little personal data about our beneficiaries as is required to deliver our services to a high standard. We will ensure we always keep beneficiary data confidential and safe. We will only share data with agencies where we have explicitly told you we will do so (for example, our foodbank voucher states that we will share information with the agency that referred you) or unless there is a safety issue.
We will always delete beneficiary data once it is no longer needed. Where we keep beneficiary data to report back to our funders and supporters we will ensure it is anonymised.
