Coronavirus Advice for Volunteers

Loveworks Trustees and Staff are very concerned about the impact of Coronavirus on the charity with regards to the essential services we deliver. Our Priority is to keep the food banks running and protect the health of our volunteers and beneficiaries. As such, please read the information below and act accordingly. We will keep you informed of any decisions/changes as and when is necessary.

If you become unwell and have any cause to believe that you may have Coronavirus, you must stay away from ALL Loveworks food banks, store rooms and offices and inform Kate asap. If you believe you have come into contact with an infected individual or have been in a situation where infection is possible, again, please inform Kate asap and do not attend for your volunteering shift.

As the situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) is constantly developing, please use the latest advice issued by Public Health England, which can be found at the below link :

We are trying really hard to ensure that our food banks stay open so that we can continue to reach the most vulnerable in our local community and as such, we really appreciate your understanding on this matter.
