History

Our Story

Since our establishment in 2008, Loveworks has helped hundreds of local people with food provision through a variety of community-based initiatives. With a caring and compassionate approach, we have reached many people in need and our work is open to everyone.

Where We Began

Originally founded by a local resident who wanted to bring the community together and support those who needed it the most, the ethos of Loveworks still stands today.



Our Unique Approach

With a unique holistic approach, we build relationships, connect people with longer term support and help them get back on their feet. We are not a drop-in food bank, as we only help people who are referred to us via other agencies. In this way, we can make a real and direct difference to the lives of many people.
