How to get your food parcel

Loveworks operates on a referral only basis. If you need our support, please get in touch with one of the following organisations who can make a referral for you:

  • Citizens Advice
  • Your GP surgery
  • Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
  • Your child’s school
  • Housing Association
  • Charities such as:
ESDAS, Mind, Money Wise, Way Through

Once we have received a referral for you, we will contact you by telephone to chat through your food preferences, dietary requirements or allergies, and find the best location for you to collect your Loveworks food parcel. You will then be given an appointment time for your referral. This location and time slot will be the same throughout your referral.

We understand the feelings many people have when they need to attend our foodbanks, and we’ll always try to make you feel welcome and safe. By keeping to your own appointment time you will benefit from maximum privacy and be given one-to-one help with your food parcel from our volunteers.

Loveworks’s support worker is also on-hand to provide essential advice and practical support and will help people get back on their feet and out of food poverty.

Loveworks can provide support in the following postcode areas:

  • RH1 - 3
